A flexible format minimizes time away from clinical practice. Focused 4-day classes—Saturday through Tuesday—meet every other month. Classes may be started at any time and taken in any order.
The curriculum is centered around real-life healthcare problems and cases. Classes are jointly taught by senior business and medical school faculty with outstanding academic credentials and real-world healthcare experience. Physicians and faculty work collaboratively in small teams to examine facts, evaluate alternatives and develop workable solutions. Classes are evaluated by participating physicians at the end of each class day, ensuring that each class continues to meet participants' needs and expectations, as well as AMME's high standards.
