Dr. Suresh RadhakrishnanResearch at the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance identifies significant issues and corresponding solutions relating to corporate governance. Misconceptions are exposed through a meticulous approach that creates useful knowledge. Problems in implementing these prescribed solutions are addressed as well.

Research productivity and quality at the UT Dallas School of Management places its faculty among the top 40 universities in North America. Articles and papers from School of Management faculty and faculty from other leading schools are accessible on this website.

Two principal research activities of IECG are the Spring Research Colloquium and the annual Survey of Corporate Directors and Senior Executives. At the Spring Research Colloquium, academics and practitioners exchange information on corporate governance issues.

Online surveys of directors, senior management, and institutional investors are conducted to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in corporate governance. Examples include recent surveys on the role of outside directors in an organization's management and the effects of the Sarbanes - Oxley Act.
