Upcoming Programs

Institue for Excellence in Corporate Governance develops programs that provide practical insights into the breadth and depth of important emerging issues in corporate governance. Participants hear from leading professionals and academics in the field of corporate governance that allows them to benchmark with directors and senior management from other organizations.

In addition, IECG programs respond to the most current corporate governance issues. These programs are designed for both directors and senior management. Or, IECG can focus more sharply on the particular needs of directors or senior management for those specific aspects of corporate governance which concern them most. For directors, this is often dictated by their board committee assignments.

All IECG programs are developed and presented by UT Dallas faculty along with leading professionals from IECG's strategic partner firms. Representatives from corporate sponsor firms, major corporations and organizations with a strong commitment to excellence in corporate governance review and evaluate all programs to assure that these offerings are of the highest quality and are as valuable and relevant as possible.
