UTD Booth at the Atrium Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Second Annual Emergency Readiness Conference and EXPO 2005: An All Hazards Approach to Homeland Security. The ERC Expo 2005 will be held on Monday October 24 and Tuesday October 25, 2005. Last year's inaugural conference and expo attracted over 325 emergency management professionals from Texas and surrounding states. Conference attendees will be eating lunch, listening to keynote speakers, and attending an evening social event in the Activity Center enhancing traffic opportunities for exhibitors. For the first time the ERC Expo 2005 will be open for exhibit only attendees such as local first responders and emergency preparedness and management professionals.

The ERC Expo 2005 will feature a variety of products, services and technologies related to counter-terrorism, homeland security and emergency response and recovery. It is the place to be and be seen by senior elected officials, first responders, and public and private sector preparedness and response program mangers from city, county and governments as well as from the federal government.

The goal of the exposition is to introduce attendees to innovative technology, introduce them to industry vendors, and give vendors an opportunity to network with decision makers. The conference will address emergency preparedness and homeland security activities and a wide range of other issues such as multi-sector coordination, public/private partnering, the National Incident Management System, management strategies and the application of communications and information technology and regional concepts of preparedness and consequence management.

We are expecting strong attendance based on the topics for the general sessions and workshops. National and state keynote speakers along with both national and regional experts will address attendees. The conference will be organized as a combination of plenary sessions and program tracks; Interoperability in Emergency Management Information Management Systems, School Preparedness and an All hazards Approach to Disaster Medicine.
