About the Instructor:
Robert Hicks, PhD, founder and Director of the Executive and Professional Coaching Program at the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management is a licensed Psychologist with a specialty in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is the current President of the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching. Dr. Hicks has extensive experience coaching senior executives across several industries. He is a skilled communicator, facilitator, and educator who, in addition to executive coaching, a recognized expert in leadership development and organizational change. Dr. Hicks is actively involved in several professional organizations including the American Psychological Association, Society for Psychologists in Management, the International Coach Federation, and the American Society of Training and Development.
