The Executive and Professional Coaching Program is designed for working adults and utilizes state-of-the-art distance learning methodologies, making it convenient, efficient and geographically independent for busy professionals. The Executive and Professional Coaching Program is ideal for:

A Coaching Curriculum Designed with Flexibility in Mind
The Executive and Professional Coaching Program offers the following options to best suit each coaching professional's educational needs:
- Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching: Requires successful completion of an educational phase plus a coaching practicum and comprehensive examination (15 graduate credit hours). The requirements to earn the certificate also meet or exceed the minimum standards required for the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or portfolio application process for the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the International Coach Federation.
- M.S. with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Coaching: This degree option provides for a Master degree in Management and Administrative Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Coaching. This concentration focuses on the description and explanation of how people behave in organizations. The courses are designed to close the gap between what is known about why individuals and groups behave as they do and how they can be influenced for performance and developmental purposes. This degree option (36 graduate credit hours) includes the Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching; however, students have the option of pursuing this degree path independent of the Certificate.
