A: Generally, you must provide GMAT scores, academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, a personal narrative, describe your work experience, and a TOEFL score if English is your second language. Q: Do you need to know calculus for a graduate degree from the School of Management?
A: Yes, you do, it's a prerequisite. The calculus prerequisite may be satisfied by completing MATH 5304 (Applied Mathematical Analysis for Non-Majors I), or undergraduate MATH 1325.
Q: What is the Professional Program for part-time students?
A: Participants in the School of Management's graduate program are primarily students with full-time, often with five years of managerial experience. Approximately 80 percent are pursuing degrees on a part-time basis while working locally at the many high-technology corporations that surround the campus complex. The classes for the Professional Program meet in the evening.
Q: How many credit hours are required to complete an MBA degree?
A: The full-time and part-time MBA programs require 53 credit hours. The MS and MA degrees require 36 credit hours.
Q: Is the tuition for all graduate degrees the same?
A: Except for Executive Education, tuition and fees for all graduate programs are at the same rate, as determined by the State. Tuition and fees for Executive Education courses are at a different rate, as determined by the School of Management.
