About the Speakers Series

One of the major goals of The Leadership Center at UTD is to provide a forum in which nationally recognized scholars and business leaders can share their experiences. In 2005 Wachovia became the exclusive sponsor of this series.

The Excellence in Leadership Speakers Series is offered two times per year. Speakers are chosen who best represent the goals and ideals of The Leadership Center at UTD. Attendance at the speakers programs is open to the public. Whenever possible speakers will spend some time on campus to allow students and others to interact with them and discuss in more depth the topic being addressed.
