SOM Resources
The School of Management offers students, faculty and affiliated corporations both human and technological resources.
For students, the Advising Center assists with everything from class selection to scholarship applications to getting class waivers and credit transfers. Later, students can make connections with area and national businesses that look to UT Dallas' School of Management for interns and full-time staff. Through the school's Career Center, current and former students have access to a rich and varied database of internship and job listings. All SOM students can receive help with their writing at the School of Management Writing Lab.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the building. In addition, all classrooms have ports for connecting computers. The building's two computer labs, open six days a week, offer a broad array of software. A full-time technical and audiovisual support staff ensures smooth operations in the classroom and on faculty and student research projects.
Corporations engaged in a working relationship with one of the School of Management's many centers have access to developing research, graduate student research teams, and speakers.
